Introducing Clinic Treatcards

We want to give you, our patients, something back. That's why we are absolutely delighted to be offering a brand new feature in our CQC regulated clinic. Introducing Face the Future's Treatcards! Read on to find out more, plus we've got a very special offer to celebrate the launch of our Treatcards.

When will I get my Treatcard?

For existing clinic patients, next time you visit clinic, the reception team will issue you with your brand new Treatcard. For new patients, you will be issued your Treatcard when you make your first in-clinic purchase.

How do Treatcards work?

Clinic patients are able to present their Treatcard and receive points for every pound spent on treatments and products purchased in-clinic only. Treatcards are only available for in-clinic use and cannot be used for online purchases.

As your points build up, the Treatcard system generates a personalised treat especially for you. This could be a free product or even a bonus add-on treatment that will be redeemable next time you are in-clinic, and added on to the end of your regular treatment.

Treats are generated at random and can only be redeemed at your next appointment, where the add-on treat will be completed at the end of your normal treatment.

Add-on treatments are subject to availability and may include treatments such as LED light therapy, HydraFacial Perk (Eye or Lip) and more!

PLEASE NOTE: It is important you remember to bring your card to each appointment so that it can be scanned to add the points. Unfortunately, points cannot be collected without your Treatcard and cannot be added at a later date.

When can I use my Treatcard points?

Treatcards are scanned at reception when you are paying for your treatment or products, and treats are generated at random. The treat is then added on to your next booked appointment, subject to availability. Treats cannot be redeemed as a separate appointment; they must be added on to a booked treatment or appointment.

Please note, Treatcard points have no alternative cash value and cannot be used to pay for treatments or purchase products.

What if I don't want to redeem my Treatcard points?

If time doesn't allow or you don't want to try the generated treat, you can instead continue to build up points until next time. Alternatively there may be a free product available rather than an add-on treat.

How do I earn Treatcard points?

• Referring a friend - tell your friends about Face the Future, ask them to quote your name when booking and if they attend their appointment, you will receive bonus points directly to your Treatcard.
• Special offers - take advantage of our regular special offers to receive additional bonus points.
