The consultation must be updated every four months to ensure that, should there have been a change in your circumstances (such as new medications, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or new products you may be using from other brands), we can ensure that your Environ products are suitable and safe for you to use. It also enables us to provide any information that you may request on the form - such as suitable add-in products to your daily routine that focus on or target specific areas of concern. Additionally, we can advise how to fit your Environ products into your regular routine that may include products from alternative brands to ensure all products are used together safely and effectively.

It’s important to remember that your skin can change during pregnancy, therefore, if you’re using high levels of vitamin A, you may want to switch to lower levels to reduce your skin sensitivity to the product. Users are advised to avoid products containing vitamin A for six months post the end date of their course of treatment. Environ’s Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™ was created to address vitamin A deficiency in all skin and aid the daily replacement of this essential vitamin. The Environ philosophy behind the step-up system is to start low and go slow. If your skin is prepared with low doses of vitamin A, it’s less likely to react to a higher dose. As your skin needs to progressively adjust to high doses of vitamin A, the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™ allows your skin to become used to the increased doses of vitamin A by stepping up gradually from one level to the next.

This is due to the high level of fresh, active ingredients. Environ products have an expiry date and a period after opening. The expiry date is the shelf life of a product post-production. This means that this is the shelf life of the product in its ‘unopened’ primary container when maintained under the storage conditions indicated on its labelling. The expiration date is printed on the outer box of the product.

The period after opening is the period the product remains suitable for use after its primary container has been opened. The period after opening guide is dependent on the product being properly maintained under the advised storage conditions indicated on its labelling.The period after opening is:

10-12 weeks for products with a shelf life of 18-24 months.

8-10 weeks for products with a shelf life of 6-12 months.
