I bought this to use on my arms and the first time I used it, I got cuts and red marks all over the place. It took a few days to heal. I was nervous to use it again and spoke to Swiss Clinic who said I should only use the smaller, face head, on my arms as the skin is delicate. I only bought this for my arms so it is redundant and I can't get a refund because I've used it. It was really painful to use.
