Will my discount apply to every delivery?

In most cases yes. The saving typically applies to every active subscription order for eligible items while your plan remains active.

Where we change the price of an existing subscription, we will notify you in advance of your next subscription order being processed via email. The notification will clearly state the new price and the date from which this price will apply.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

how can I change the date of reoccurrence?

You can change the date of reoccurrence of your order by logging into your Face the Future account. Alternatively, you can also email us on shop@facethefuture.co.uk or ring us on 0113 282 7744 to suggest an alternative date if we do not supply it.

can i apply discounts to my subscriptions?

No, you cannot apply discount codes to your subscriptions as they are typically already discounted.

can i change my address on my subscriptions?

Editing your address in your main account area will not update your subscription. Please contact us to cancel your active subscription, then re-order your subscription to your new address.
