BEST hand cream I have ever used (apart from Natura Bissé's Diamond Extreme Hand Cream). This promises the fading of age spots and, I am not 100% sure yet, it does look like mine are slightly less visible now, after using it for a week. The deciding point, for me, was that is smells SO nice and it absorbs so quickly, not leaving your hands greasy for ages like others.
