Shampoo arrived in a box and the lid was open on the shampoo which meant some had spilled out. I contacted customer services who did respond very quickly and asked me to return the item. Now awaiting a replacement but without any shampoo in the meantime

Lovely shampoo that doesn't make my hair look greasy. Keeps in strong and in good condition and does not get as knotted as it use to.
